Why Vega OS changes old tutorials
Amazon says newer Fire TV Stick models can use Vega OS. Vega is not simply another Android Fire OS version, so Android APK assumptions need to be rechecked.

Do not start with a Downloader code. Start with the exact model and operating system, then check available apps.
Existing Fire OS devices remain relevant
Many current Fire TV models still use Fire OS, so Android-oriented app guidance remains valid for those models.

Prefer the official store or current publisher instructions. Older tutorials may describe a different operating system.
Support needs the exact model
When asking for help, “Firestick” alone is no longer enough information for reliable app instructions.
