Resolution is only one factor
Codec, frame rate and source bitrate determine how much bandwidth a stream uses. Two 4K streams can have very different bitrates.
Leave headroom
If a stream uses most of the connection, other devices can push it into buffering. Keep spare capacity.
Wi-Fi 5 vs Wi-Fi 6
Wi-Fi 6 can handle busy networks more efficiently when both router and client support it. It does not automatically increase ISP speed.
Ethernet is still useful
A wired connection removes radio interference and helps isolate Wi-Fi problems.
Measure where the TV is
A speed test beside the router does not describe the connection behind a television in another room.
